Save freight costs with collective orders

In the webshop you will have the choice to select between a regular order, which will be processed immediately, and a collective order that will be blocked at ALSO until 2 PM. The collective order is stored under an own name, so you can add additional articles to a saved collective order. All collective orders will close and be released at 2PM. After 2PM you can’t add any more articles to an existing collective order. You will need to create a new one.

Important points to consider:

• Collective orders will be automatically released each day. Release time for ALSO NL and ALSO BE is set to 2 PM. You can release also manually via the Order Tracking page.
• Only articles can be added. Already booked articles can't be deleted.
• Users can only see and update their own collective orders.
• The number of (parallel) collective orders per user is unlimited.
• Delivery data (address, delivery options, payment) is set initially per Collective Order and cannot be changed later.
• Third party distribution, desired delivery date and Express shipping are available.
• Licenses, ESD, Configurations (HP Top Config) cannot be ordered in Collective Orders.
• Collective orders created after the release times (14:00 for NL + BE), will be released automatically the next day, unless you release manually via the web shop order tracking.
