ALSO International breidt de dienstverlening voor resellers uit met WePrintSmarter-SmartSupplies

ALSO International lanceert WePrintSmarter-SmartSupplies. Met SmartSupplies kunnen resellers terugkerende inkomsten genereren via value-added services zoals het volledig geautomatiseerde bestelproces voor printing supplies.

WePrintSmarter is ontwikkeld door ALSO als moderne online printmarktplaats die waardevolle diensten levert waarmee resellers hun zakelijke printactiviteiten kunnen uitbreiden. “Met dit initiatief bouwt ALSO zijn uitgebreide dienstenportfolio nog verder uit. De innovatieve WePrintSmarter-diensten bestaan uit modules waarmee steeds meer resellers en leveranciers de printbehoeften van hun klanten optimaal kunnen beheren”, zegt Marc Nijhof, Chief Customer Officer bij ALSO International. De eerste dienst van WePrintSmarter is SmartSupplies. SmartSupplies is een web-based end-to-end oplossing waarmee het bestellen en leveren van toner en inktcartridges volledig wordt geautomatiseerd voor alle merken printers en multifunctionele apparaten. Op die manier ontstaat er een continue stroom van bestellingen voor elke reseller en hoeven klanten niet handmatig een bestelling te plaatsen via de webshop van de reseller.

Het aanmelden en gebruiken van SmartSupplies is gratis. Klanten hebben na registratie 24/7 toegang tot de SmartSupplies-portal, waar ze inzicht hebben in alle printers in hun netwerk. Per printer wordt er een gedetailleerd overzicht gegeven van de resterende inhoud van toners en inktcartridges. Ook biedt de portal resellers nieuwe zakelijke kansen, want zij kunnen bepalen welke nieuwe printoplossingen ze hun klanten kunnen aanbieden voor verouderde hardware in het printernetwerk.

Het belangrijkste voordeel van SmartSupplies is dat resellers en hun klanten hun printers kunnen instellen op automatische nabestelling van printing supplies. Wanneer de printing suppliesvan aangesloten printers opraakt, wordt er automatisch een bestelling gegenereerd en verzendt ALSO International deze namens de reseller rechtstreeks naar de klant. Dus geen ingewikkelde contracten en klanten betalen op basis van gebruik.
