Dutch antitrust authorities approve ALSO-Actebis acquisition of Atomblock

The Netherlands Competition Authority has approved unconditionally the acquisition of the majority shareholding of Atomblock B.V. by ALSO-Actebis Holding AG, following standard antitrust investigations. The Dutch vendor of platforms for Electronic Software Distribution (ESD) and of Point of Sales Activation (POSA) will become a subsidiary of ALSO-Actebis Holding AG. The company will change its name to ALSO Digital. This acquisition expands ALSO-Actebis’ business in the digital games- and software-distribution. It was agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
