ALSO Group: expands its cloud services and becomes a cloud enabler

The core element, the web-based Cloud Control Panel as a Service technology, enables customers and partners of ALSO to offer various IT services, such as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS), autonomously and in simple steps. Resellers use the Cloud Control Panel as a Service technology to develop, drive and manage the entire sales process, from very easy drag-and-drop offer-preparation through roll-out of the cloud services to performance-reporting and billing.

In 2013, Nervogrid Oy reported sales revenue of approximately 3 million euros and had around 30 employees. ALSO Cloud Oy will be become a subsidiary of ALSO Holding AG. It has been agreed that the purchase price will not be disclosed.
