ALSO Group: Acquisition of Weltbild Logistics Center in Augsburg complete

Following unconditional approval by the European Commission of the acquisition by the ALSO Group of the logistics center of the Weltbild publishing group, and fulfilment of the remaining conditions for its execution, the transaction was completed today. At the new location in Augsburg, Germany, ALSO will provide logistical services to the Weltbild Group and take over around 500 employees. After the integration, the Logistics Services area is expected to generate revenue of around 50 million euros.
