ALSO Group: Takes over Weltbild Logistics Center in Augsburg

The ALSO Group, through two German subsidiaries, has signed contracts to acquire the logistics center of the Weltbild publishing group. At the new location in Augsburg, Germany, ALSO will provide logistics services to the Weltbild Group and take over around 500 employees. After the integration, the Logistics Services area is expected to generate revenue of around 50 million euros. Completion of the acquisition is subject to certain conditions, particularly approval by the responsible cartel authority.
