Personnel change in the Group Management of ALSO Holding AG and at ALSO in France

Effective immediately, Ivan Renaudin leaves the Group Management of ALSO Holding AG and is relieved of his functions as Managing Director of ALSO France S.A.S and President of LAFI Logiciels Application Formation Information S.A.S. Ivan Renaudin will now devote himself to other tasks in the company.

The position in Group Management will not be replaced.
