ALSO Group: bonded loan successfully placed

ALSO Holding AG successfully placed a 51 million euro bonded loan today. In doing so ALSO has secured long-term financing and broadened its investor base. "This capital market measure significantly optimizes our financing structure. The high demand once again signalizes confidence in our credit-worthiness, stability and performance potential", says Ralf Retzko, CFO of ALSO Holding AG.

The volume is divided into several pieces with terms of five years. In light of the historically low interest rates, the company has chosen an excellent time to reorganize its financing at attractive conditions on the bonded loan market. This long-term refinancing will support future growth. The transaction was structured and placed by MainFirst Bank AG.
