ALSO Group: Resignation from the Board of Directors

ALSO Holding AG announces that Alfons Frenk, who has been a member of the Board of Directors since February 8, 2011, will step down for private reasons with immediate effect. The Board of Directors regrets the resignation of Alfons Frenk and thanks him for his great commitment.

The Board of Directors will announce the nomination of the successor in due time.
