Possible transaction regarding the majority of shares with the Saphin Group

The European IT-distributor ALSO-Actebis signed a letter of intent concerning the opportunity of acquiring the majority of the shares regarding Saphin B.V.

Saphin is a group of successful Dutch IT related companies. The Group was founded in 1995 and ranks among the Top 3 IT-Distributors in the Netherlands. In 2011 it achieved a total revenue of € 780 million. The negotiations are in progress, but not yet finished. ALSO-Actebis will not comment on the ongoing negotiations.
