Change in Top Management

After more than 20 years of service in the IT distribution, most recently as CEO of ALSO-Actebis Group, Klaus Hellmich has asked the Board of Directors to release him from the operative responsibility due to personal reasons, in order to pursue other interests outside the Group. The Board of Directors of ALSO-Actebis Holding AG respects this request and thanks Mr. Hellmich for his long standing loyalty, his valuable contribution to the development of the Group, and the successful integration work. It is the intention to propose Mr. Hellmich at the ordinary shareholder assembly 2013 for election to the Board of Directors, in order to secure his profound knowledge of the industry for the company.

The Board has nominated Prof. Gustavo Möller-Hergt, formerly COO of the Group and responsible for the integration project of ALSO and Actebis, as the new CEO for the Group. The change will take effect on July 1st, 2012. The elimination of the former dual structure of CEO and COO will also simplify and shorten the decision processes. In the future, all members of the Group management will report directly to the CEO.
