Microsoft is excited to announce the Microsoft SMB Masters Program, a new partner enablement program consisting of sales and technical training focusing on the needs of Small and Medium Businesses with Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Team Essentials, Windows 365, and Microsoft Defender for Business. After this training, you as a participant will be able to:
- Understand how Microsoft 365 can help SMB’s address key business challenges, save cost, and do more with less.
- Learn how to position the value of Microsoft 365 effectively and how to drive a successful customer sales cycle using Microsoft tools and programs to support.
- Grow technical capabilities to deploy and manage Microsoft 365.
This training will be in Dutch.
This 2-day training course has a limited number of places and we can offer this course for FREE. Should you register and fail to show up we will charge a €250 no-show fee.
Day 1: Sales Training

During this journey, you will learn how to effectively share the value of Microsoft 365 Business Premium with your customers.
As a result, they will easily upgrade or switch. You will also learn how you can generate extra margin in the story and thus acquire long-term profitable revenue.
The whole thing is wrapped up in an interactive workshop where thinking, feeling and above all DOING are central. After the workshop, we provide online return moments to share experiences and guide you personally on your way to maximum success with Microsoft 365 Business Premium.
Day 2: Technical Training

During the workshop, we will provide tools for you as a partner to deliver those services that your customers deserve and enable their IT managers to achieve better, more secure and more complete use of the best-fit Microsoft 365 services.
